About Our Team

What You Will Do
* Oversee and implement plans and policies that promote quality and excellence throughout the organization’s communities
* Oversees and coordinates the workflow of assigned staff and departments to ensure projects are completed in a timely and quality manner.
* Frequent travel to our facilities located in Southern California (Los Angeles County and San Bernardino County)
* Oversees maintenance and housekeeping schedules for all properties to ensure effective use of labor.
* Performs monthly audit of building cleanliness for each property. Prepares, implements, monitors, and reports on corrective action plans related to audit findings.
Must Haves
* Five years of related experience managing plant operations in assisted living or residential care facilities required.
* Must maintain a valid California Drivers' License, have proof of automobile insurance and maintain a safe driving record based on Skilled Management policy
Would Be Great
* Experience working in the senior care industry
* Bilingual (Spanish)
