IMPORTANT ALERT
"DailyJobsIn" shares updates on recent job vacancies and walk-in interview schedules to support Indian candidates who are unemployed or looking for new job opportunities in India, the Gulf and overseas.
DailyJobsIn is NOT a recruitment agency. We are not involved in any recruitment or selection process, and we never charge any payment or service fee from candidates. Nobody from DailyJobsIn will ask you for money to get a job.
Job information on DailyJobsIn is collected from newspapers, social media groups, job portals and public announcements, or is submitted directly by employers and recruitment agencies through our "Post a Job" form.
Before applying for any job or contacting any agency or company listed on DailyJobsIn, candidates are strongly advised to verify the authenticity of the agency or company to protect their time, money and future. For overseas jobs, ask the agency for its recruitment licence number, visit its office and get a written offer letter before paying anything. DailyJobsIn will not be held responsible for any fraud committed by agencies or companies.
If you suspect fraud by any agency, please report it so that we can stop sharing information from that agency:

1. Privacy Policy
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy and the Terms below, along with applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 of India. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can ask us to delete it.
1.1 Information we collect
(a) Job seekers: browsing the website or app
- You do not need to create an account or log in to read job posts.
- The app does not ask for your name, phone number or email to browse jobs.
- Your saved jobs, notification setting and recently loaded job list are stored only on your own device (app storage / browser local storage). They are not sent to us, and they are removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
(b) Job seekers: "Submit Your CV" form
- If you choose to fill our "Submit Your CV" form in the app or on the website, we collect the details you enter: full name, phone / WhatsApp number, email address, current location, job / trade you are applying for, total and Gulf experience, preferred countries, qualification, passport status, an optional message, and the CV / resume file you attach (PDF, Word or image, up to 5 MB).
- You attach the CV yourself using your phone's file picker. The app reads only the one file you select, and only to send it with the form.
- Your details and CV are sent securely to DailyJobsIn. The details are saved in a private Google Sheet, and your CV file is delivered to our private DailyJobsIn email inbox (Gmail) as an attachment.
- We use this information only to share suitable job openings with you and, with your consent (given by ticking the consent box on the form), to share your profile and CV with employers or recruitment agencies for job opportunities you may be interested in.
- We send you an automatic confirmation email with a reference number when your CV is received.
- Submitting your CV is completely optional. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see "Your rights and data deletion").
(c) Contact Us form
- When you send us a message through the "Contact Us" form in the app or on the website, we collect your name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number (optional), whether you are a job seeker / employer / advertiser, the subject and your message.
- We use this only to reply to you, handle fraud reports, premium enquiries, job post changes and data deletion requests. Messages are saved in a private Google Sheet and delivered to our private email inbox, and you receive an automatic confirmation email.
(d) Employers and recruitment agencies: "Post a Job" form
- When you post a job through our app or website, we collect: company / agency name, RA licence number, contact person name, phone / WhatsApp number, email address, and the job details you enter (country, city, project, positions, salary, benefits, requirements, interview date and venue, last date, recruitment type / service charge).
- Please note: the job post is public. When your job is approved, the job details along with your company name, licence number, contact person, phone / WhatsApp number and email are published on www.dailyjobsin.com and shown in the DailyJobsIn app, so that candidates can contact you. Do not enter any information that you do not want to be made public.
- We use your email to send you a submission confirmation, the live link of your job, or a rejection notice, and to reply to your queries about Premium Job Posting.
- To apply the limit of 5 free job posts, we count your posts using your phone number, email and a random device ID (see below).
- Submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet owned by DailyJobsIn and reviewed manually before publishing. We may reject or remove any post that looks fake, misleading or incomplete.
(e) Random device ID
- When you submit a form, the app / website creates a random ID (for example "d1k2x9...") and stores it on that device. This ID does not contain your name, phone number, IMEI or any hardware identifier. We use it only to prevent misuse of the free job post limit and duplicate submissions.
(f) Advertising
- The app shows ads using Google AdMob, and the website shows ads using Google AdSense.
- Google and its partners may collect and use information such as your device's Advertising ID, IP address, approximate location, device and browser information, and cookies, to show ads, measure ad performance and prevent fraud.
- Users in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown (Google User Messaging Platform).
- You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your Android settings (Settings > Google > Ads / Privacy > Ads), and manage Google ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.
- Learn how Google uses data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
(g) Notifications
- With your permission, the app shows job alert notifications up to 4 times a day. To do this, the app checks our public job feed from your device. No personal information is sent to us for notifications.
- You can turn notifications off anytime from the app's "More" tab or from your phone's settings.
(h) Contacting recruiters
- When you tap "Call", "WhatsApp" or an email address in a job post, your phone's dialler, WhatsApp or email app opens. Your call or message goes directly to that employer / agency. DailyJobsIn does not see, record or store these calls or messages. The WhatsApp message is pre-filled with the job name and link, and you can edit it before sending.
(i) Help chatbot
- The "DailyJobsIn Help" chatbot in the app and on the website is an automated guide that runs on your own device. The questions you type are not sent to us and not stored anywhere.
- If you type an agency name and tap a button such as "Google Maps reviews" or "Search complaints", that name is sent to Google (or the website you open) to show you the results. Their privacy policies apply.
- The chatbot gives general guidance only and is not legal advice.
(j) Job search on our website
- Our website's job search first shows results from DailyJobsIn posts and then shows "more jobs from across the web" using Google Programmable Search Engine, which may show ads. Google may process your search query, IP address and cookies as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
(k) Website analytics, cookies and local storage
- Our website is hosted on Google Blogger. Blogger and Google services may use cookies and collect standard log information (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for statistics, security and advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- Our website and app also store small settings in your browser / app storage, for example to remember that you closed the "Download our app" message, your saved jobs, and your name / phone / email to pre-fill forms next time. These stay on your device and are not sent to us.
1.2 Permissions used by the app
- Internet / Network state: to load job posts and ads.
- Notifications: to show job alerts (you can deny or turn this off).
- Advertising ID: used by Google AdMob for ads.
- File picker (only when you attach a CV): the app opens your phone's file picker and reads only the file you choose. It does not browse or access any other files.
- The app does not access your contacts, camera, microphone, SMS, call logs, photo gallery (except a file you choose to attach) or precise location.
1.3 How we share information
- We do not sell your personal information.
- Employer job posts (including the contact details the employer entered) are published publicly on our website and app, as explained above.
- Job seeker CV details may be shared with employers or recruitment agencies only for job opportunities, based on the consent you give on the CV form.
- Contact messages are not shared with anyone, except when needed to act on a fraud report or when required by law.
- We use trusted service providers to run the Platform: Google (Blogger, Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Apps Script, Google Programmable Search, AdMob, AdSense and Google Play services). Their privacy policies apply to data they process: policies.google.com/privacy.
- We may disclose information if required by law, court order or a government authority, or to protect users from fraud.
1.4 Data retention
- Employer submissions are kept for as long as the job post is live and for up to 24 months afterwards for record-keeping and fraud prevention, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
- Published job posts may remain on the website as an archive until the employer asks us to remove them.
- CV details and CV files are kept for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them.
- Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months for support and fraud-prevention records, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
- Data stored on your device (saved jobs, settings) stays on your device until you clear it or uninstall the app.
1.5 Your rights and data deletion
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, remove a job post, or withdraw your consent at any time.
- Send an email to dailyjobsinblog@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
- Mention the phone number / email you used and, for employers, the job Reference ID (if available).
- We will complete your request within 30 days. Some information may be kept longer only if the law requires it.
- To delete data stored on your device, simply uninstall the app or clear the app's data / browser data.
1.6 Data security
All data is transferred over secure HTTPS connections and stored on Google's secure infrastructure with restricted access. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
1.7 Children
The Platform is meant for job seekers and employers who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has shared information with us, please contact us and we will delete it.
1.8 No government affiliation

- You are fully responsible for the content of your job post and for your dealings with candidates.
- DailyJobsIn may reject, edit for formatting, or remove any job post at any time without giving a reason.
- The first 5 job posts are free for each employer. Additional or Premium job posting services, if you choose them, are offered on terms that we will share with you directly before any payment.
