Delete My Data – DailyJobsIn
How to request deletion of your data from the DailyJobsIn app (com.dailyjobsingulfjobannouncement) and www.dailyjobsin.com
The DailyJobsIn app does not have user accounts. Data is stored only when you submit a form (Submit Your CV, Contact Us or Post a Job). You can ask us to delete this data at any time, free of cost.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to dailyjobsinblog@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request – DailyJobsIn".
Or use our Contact Us form and choose the subject "Data Deletion Request". - Mention the name, email address and phone number you used in the form, and the reference number from your confirmation email (if you have it). For a job post, also mention the company name and job title.
- We may reply to confirm the request comes from you.
- We complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.
What we delete
- Submit Your CV: your name, phone / WhatsApp number, email, location, job details, message and your CV file (from our Google Sheet and email inbox).
- Contact Us: your name, email, phone number and message.
- Post a Job (employers): your submission details and contact information; any published job post is removed from www.dailyjobsin.com and the app.
What we may keep
- A short record that a deletion request was received and completed (your email and the date), kept for up to 12 months as proof.
- Information we must keep to handle an open fraud complaint or when required by law, only for as long as needed.
- If you shared your CV with an employer earlier (with your consent), please contact that employer directly as well, since we cannot delete copies they hold.
If you do not request deletion, CV details, contact messages and employer submissions are deleted automatically after up to 24 months.
Data on your device and advertising data
- Saved jobs and app settings are stored only on your phone. To delete them, uninstall the app or go to Settings → Apps → DailyJobsIn → Storage → Clear data.
- Ads in the app are served by Google AdMob. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads on your phone. Google's data is handled under Google's Privacy Policy.
