Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken Receptionist to be the face of our company and manage front office operations. The ideal candidate will handle visitor interactions and phone calls and provide administrative support to ensure a smooth workflow within the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Maintain visitor records and coordinate appointments or meetings.
Handle courier services, office supplies, and daily correspondence.
Assist the HR and Admin team with documentation and support tasks.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the reception area.
Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk executive (real estate experience preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
